一 |     国家能源局19日发布的信息显示，9月份全社会用电量8475亿千瓦时，同比增长8.5%。         　　分产业看，第一产业用电量121亿千瓦时，同比增长6.4%；第二产业用电量5379亿千瓦时，同比增长3.6%；第三产业用电量1652亿千瓦时，同比增长12.7%。

二 | 城乡居民生活用电量1323亿千瓦时，同比增长27.8%。

三 |          　　1月至9月，全社会用电量累计74094亿千瓦时，同比增长7.9%，其中规模以上工业发电量为70560亿千瓦时。

四 | 分产业看，第一产业用电量1035亿千瓦时，同比增长6.9%；第二产业用电量47385亿千瓦时，同比增长5.9%；第三产业用电量13953亿千瓦时，同比增长11.2%。    (ECNS) -- China’s pet insurance premiums surged from about 50 million yuan ($7.4 million) in 2020 to as much as 3.5 billion yuan in 2025, a 60fold increase, industry data showed.    The expansion comes amid a growing pet economy. China’s urban dog and cat consumer market reached 312.6 billion yuan in 2025.    But growth has brought disputes. More than 1,000 complaints have been filed over waiting periods, exclusions and preexisting conditions. Insurers also struggle with inconsistent veterinary fees and fraud cases involving altered treatment dates or multiple pets under one policy.    Efforts to standardize the sector are underway.
